Add filters and find a place even faster

Using filters will help you find the right place. You can choose which neighbourhood you want to live in, and you can even search for a place close to universities. Be sure to select your move-in and move-out dates so you know if the place you like is available. There are a lot of other filters you can choose, from the rent price to the number of bedrooms.

Keep an eye out for Visited and Exclusive places

Book it

Share a bit about you and what brings you to the city, add your bank details, and request to book your place. The landlord will reply within 48 hours. As soon as your booking is accepted, we will automatically charge the first month of rent and the service fee.

As soon as your booking request is accepted, we'll send you your new landlord's contact information. Now all you need to do is get in touch with them to arrange your check-in, and the way you will pay for your monthly rent during your stay.

Visited places are personally visited by our Place Checkers, who confirm its location and authenticity. Exclusive places are only available on Uniplaces, and offer a faster response than usual.

Once you arrive, do a quick tour around your new place to make sure it matches the original listing. If everything is okay, remember to pay the security deposit directly to your landlord, along with any other fees specified in the listing.

Quickly create your listing on our website

Follow the steps and tell us everything about your place and/or bedroom. This is the time to set the rent price, house rules, and the availability. You also need to add a photo of, at least, the bedroom you are renting, the bathroom, and the kitchen.

Reply to booking requests

You have 48 hours to reply to booking requests on your personal dashboard. You can accept or decline them, and you're also free to suggest new dates in case the ones the tenant requests don't exactly suit you. The faster you reply, the higher your response rate will be!

Get paid monthly for a small price

We charge a small commission fee per successful booking, which is deducted from your tenants’ first month of rent. The remaining amount is transferred to you 48 hours after they move in.

  • 24-hour safety period to inform us if the place doesn't match the original listing
  • Customer care in several languages, 6 days a week

As an added security measure, we only transfer your payment to the landlord 24 hours after you move in to give you enough time to check if your new place matches the original listing. In case it doesn't report a move-in issue on your dashboard.

If nothing is damaged and your tenant leaves on the agreed move-out date, remember to return their deposit at the end of their stay.
