To help you make the best decisions, communicate with your airline directly, and access the World Health Organization or local healthy and safety agency website to get updated recommendations for international flights.
Understand how the outbreak could affect your travel plans, please as the pandemic envolves, flights can be cancelled by airlines. Some companies are adopting a flexible booking cancellation or allowing passengers to rebook their flights;

Studying Abroad
Our recommendation for future exchange students is that you constantly check both the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), where you can get information regarding your destination.
Students who still want to fly in should contact their host university beforehand.

The cancellation policy will depend on the policy of the chosen listing. Uniplaces offers four types of cancellation policies:

Flexible
Full 1st rent’s payment refund up to 30 days prior to contract start.
The cancellation policy applicable to each listing is selected by the Landlord and is only applied to the 1st rent’s payment.
The Uniplaces One-time Service Fee is non-refundable, but we will offer a discount on the next booking.
Full 1st rent’s payment refund up to 60 days prior to contract start.
Moderate
Full 1st rent’s payment refund up to 90 days prior to contract start.
Strict
Non-refundable
No refund.
